# Download permissions for Collectors not correct

Blickling Fishing Club Catch Return

### Question

I have users setup as Collectors, but they are able to download all user’s data. According to the manual this is not possible and should only be able to download entries made by themselves. This is how I want the project to act.  
The project is Private.  
Either I haven’t setup the project correctly or Epicollect is not behaving as the manual says.  
Any ideas on what the problem is?
