# Entries are not synchronized

### Question

I have 0/67 that aren’t syncing, but in the end I get a message saying that they did sync. I can’t upload photos or other data.

If syncing does not work for you, you can export all the entries and media directly from your device →

Thanks. I’ll let you know that I’d already tried desynchronizing the data and re-uploading it, but that didn’t fix the problem.

I’m going to export the information from my phone. But after that, what should I do about the error I’m getting on my phone? Maybe I should delete all the entries, or is there another option?
