One of our Epicollect5 project users encountered a “random”? error message “No data attribute found in json structure” which prevented a couple of data entries. This error message subsequently disappeared, was this user error, or a glitch somewhere (in our app or in the cloud environment)?
A temporary glitch we assume, maybe the connection dropped for a few seconds and the upload failed.
Just double-check those failing entries were eventually uploaded correctly.
