### Question

I’ve had two people email me today specifically mentioning they cannot log in to epicollect as they are not receiving the log in codes. They are trying to access a private project which requires log in.
I log in via google so haven’t come across this issue. Other than me suggesting they check their spam - is there anyway to check this isn’t a bug?
TIA

We checked our mail delivery logs to see what might be going on behind the scenes. From what we can see, **a large portion of login email failures are currently happening because the recipients’ email inboxes are full or over their storage quota** , causing the provider to automatically reject incoming messages.

Because the system is generating and sending the codes properly on our end, it isn’t a software bug, but rather an issue with the destination mailboxes being unable to accept new messages.

Besides checking spam folders, affected users should ensure their inbox storage isn’t completely full (or try using an alternative email address if they have one).
