Can't login on my laptop

Hi, I have been trying to login through Google Chrome for the last month and have never gotten a valid login token. I am able to access and input data on the mobile app (Android) but cannot log in on my laptop.

I have tried using a different browser, going incognito and only copying the link over (not clicking the button on the email) but have still had no luck.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we will look into it.

As a temporary solution, you could create a Google or Apple account with that same email and log in with one of them. Using the same email, Epicollect5 will identify you as the same user.
