Cloned previous project - too many titles error?

Question

Hi - we use the app for fieldwork. We always clone the project, this trip I cloned the project but when I edit and go to save the project it gives the message “Project error - too many titles added” - advice please

I have the same problem. In fact, I only used 2 of 3 possible titles on the form.
