"created at" time zone

Hello,

I’ve uploaded activities to Epicollect and when I check the “Created at” box We found out that the hour at which the activity was created its not the hour shown in the data, example:

I created the activity at 15:00 hrs, but when I download the information and generate the inform, it is shown that the activity was created at 19:00 hrs.

Do we somehow have to configurate epicollect to our time zone?
