I am unable to add more than 5 child forms. Is there any way out to create more than 5 forms. No option of adding child form is coming after making 5 forms.
From the User Guide at Linking Forms | Epicollect5 Data Collection User Guide
The maximum number of forms you can link is 5. If you feel the need of having more forms, have a look at branches (i.e. subforms).
Okay. Thanks for you reply. Can the limit of 300 questions per form be increased?
That is not possible we are afraid. 300 questions x 5 forms means you can have up to 1500 questions per project.
If you really need more than that, we highly recommend you split your project into smaller ones.
