Creator has been changed to collector on own projects

I have five projects, all under the same email address and on three of them (including the one named above) I have somehow been changed to a collector rather than the creator and can no longer edit my forms. I have only ever logged in using my one single email address and passcode sent to my email address. Nobody else has access to these forms. Could somebody look into this for me please? Perplexity AI says I have to request ask for an ownership/permission review, explaining that the projects are all under one email and I never intentionally transferred them (please note I already emailed to request this a week ago). I have never used another email address so have no idea how this has changed

A project Creator cannot be changed directly to a Collector. The only role change that can be performed is a manual transfer of ownership, which changes the Creator to a Manager. Additional manual steps would then be required to change that Manager role to Collector.

As these actions cannot occur automatically or accidentally, it is highly likely that the project was originally created using a different account.

To get access to those projects please contact R*s@ohbr.org.uk and ask for your role to be promoted to MANAGER.
