Sorry for my poor English. I’m a Spanish user and don’t speak English.

My session in the app expires, I don’t know exactly how long it’s been since the last time, maybe several days. And when I return to the project, I can’t sync data because I’m not logged in and I have to log in again.

Yes, the app does automatically log you out after a period of inactivity for security reasons.
This usually happens after a few days of not using the app, which sounds like what you experienced.
When that happens, you’ll need to log in again before you can sync or access your data.
