Entries Not Found - Data not updated

I have 2 users which entries are not found in the data base, however in their devices the activities are uploaded.

I’ve tried constantly to update the plataform, and it did not work.

Another issue i’ve faced is that these 2 users uploaded their informaton and it was not updated in the projects.
