Buenas tardes, tengo 2 usuarios del proyecto 1 FORMULARIO CARACTERIZACION 2026, en donde actualmente cuentan con todas las entradas listas para sincronizar pero al realizar el proceso arroja error en una supuesta entrada. Al validar la supuesta entrada el EPICOLLET no genera el error y así mismo no sincroniza.

Es posible de su ayuda en validar este error en la APP MOBILE.

Good afternoon, I have two users on project 1, FORMULARIO CARACTERIZACION 2026, who currently have all the entries ready to synchronize. However, when performing the process, an error occurs with one of the supposed entries. When validating the supposed entry, the EPICOLLET does not generate the error, and therefore, it does not synchronize.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this error in the mobile app?
