Error uploading entries

I have 21 entries that I made back in May 2024, and tried uploading from the mobile app. I got the green cloud icon, and the app says everything is uploaded. Some of the entries have the red bug icon next to them and some of them don’t. In the past I have gotten that icon randomly, but it did not seem to affect any data, so I left it alone.

Now, I am looking for my May 2024 entries on the desktop platform, and none of them are there. I have gone back to the app and opened each one and tried uploading it again. Again, they all have the green cloud icon and some have the red bug. Some of them say File does not exist on the top, but most of them do not even have photos (some do). I do have branches for each entry. I do not know what to do, and really cannot lose this data. I wouldn’t care that much if the photos don’t get uploaded, but I really need the actual entries to upload.

The red bug icon is not random; it appears when an unknown error occurs, as in your case.
Just to clarify, are you saying that in May 2024, you uploaded some entries, encountered errors but overlooked them, and only realized a few months later that the uploads were unsuccessful?
