Question

On downloading Excel sheet from Epicollect5 , I am able to see responses till Title are appearing beyond that is is not showing anything. Despite , when I click view data , I can see response to the entry beyond Title. I am not able to see anything. I am not able to understand why it is not showing anything beyond title . Kindly please help.

If the data appears correctly when you view it on Epicollect5 but not once you open the downloaded Excel file, the issue is most likely related to Excel rather than Epicollect5 itself.

Please try opening the file using another spreadsheet tool (for example, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc) to confirm — if the data displays properly there, it would indicate that Excel is not rendering it correctly. In that case, we’d recommend contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance.
