Experiencing issue with picture loading inside branches of a form

Good morning,
I’m writing to ask support since I’ve noticed that pictures that have been loaded inside a form cannot be visualized from the web app. Pictures in the form are loaded inside branches, but it should not be a problem since it has worked previously.
