The data collector is managing to answer all the questions and send them via tablet, but when he opens the site, the project data does not appear for him, the data he collected. I, as the creator, can see all the data they sent, correct, but in the Excel table, the “created by” part is n/a. I believe that the completed forms are not linked to the email, so he is unable to access them.

The situation is actually two separate issues:

  1. The N/A values in the “Created by” column are caused by the original submitting account having been deleted. When a user deletes the account, Epicollect5 shows N/A for those submissions and they cannot be re-linked to another account.

  2. The collector cannot see the project when they open the site because they are probably logged into a different (wrong) account/email in the web app.
