When building a form is there a way of creating a survey list of things and then an input box alongside each one where the form user would input a number for the number of those things that they found (during a survey). Thank you!
A layout where more than one question is shown on the same row is not available as it would not fit most mobile devices.
You could look into GROUP(s), to get a list of NUMERIC questions on the same page.
