How to use dynamic dropdown widget option, if available?

I have to collect data of multiple people where i have a drop down menu from which i select options but few of the options are repetitive for few of the candidates belonging to certain area hence if there is a dynamic drop down menu which brings the commonly used options to the top then it would be helpful.
