Lost permission to manage a project

Question

I have lost the required permissions to manage a project and need to add students to it for their work ASAP.

Is it possible to fix please?

I’m not sure why I don’t have permission to manage the project anymore.

You will need to ask the project creator to add you as a project member.

I can’t contact that person as they no longer are around. I’m the PI of the project and need to take back control of the project, after getting kicked off. Note the above email no longer exists.

Unfortunately, we cannot grant access to a project based solely on a request in the community forum. This project currently has multiple project managers, so at least one of them should be able to manage the project on your behalf or contact us directly to request that project ownership be transferred.

Any manager requesting such a change would assume responsibility for the project and its data. This is a basic privacy and security requirement to protect project data and participant information.

If you are no longer in contact with any of the existing project managers, we are unable to verify ownership of the project and therefore cannot make changes to project permissions.
