Merging parent form with child forms

Dear community,

Please I have a question. I would like to know how to merge a prent form with one or multiple child form. For instance: the parent form is called X and the child forms attached to it are : Y and Z.

How to do to merge all those forms (X, Y and Z) in one form so thatI can have one excel file with all informations from the thre forms.
