Missing Data Issue

I conducted a data collection using Epicollect5 with three tablets in airplane mode. After completing all the interviews, the tablets were connected to Wi-Fi, and the entries were synchronized. However, ten entries that were previously visible on the platform mysteriously disappeared from the devices and were not synchronized. No synchronization errors are being displayed. How can I resolve this issue?

If the entries are not present on the server and are not found on any device, it essentially implies that they do not exist.
