Hello, I have some records that don’t make it into the online database when I upload my data. If I click on upload now, I have the option to upload data and the uploading dialogue appears for about a second but no data is uploaded. I don’t get any warnings about unique records or missing data to fix but I don’t appear to be able to get these records online. Any ideas?
Have you tried using another network? Looks like a connection issue
You can also try to unsync and resync from the mobile app
Ok I’ve tried the unsync and resync approach with no improvement. I don’t think it is a data connectivity issue as my tablet connects to everything else!
What happens when you try to upload? You might have some nested error if your project has a multiple forms structure.
Also, what app version are you on?
