Has anyone experienced the following code error please and can advise on how to resolve.
States - Error {“Code”:1}
2nd issue - Error - File does not exist
This is affecting photo upload.

If you haven’t already, could you attempt to reinstall the app? Keep in mind that uninstalling the application will result in the removal of data from your device.
Should the problem persist, kindly share steps to replicate the issue, possibly with screenshots, allowing us to investigate further.

I can’t help, alas, but replying to say this has happened to one of my users today too (so may be an issue with the latest update?).

A re-install usually resolves these random issues.
