Multiple answers to one single question

Hi Team,

We wish to add an option such as Multiple text Questions which capture multiple data for a single question.

e.g I want to create a list of Farmers who visited a meeting. For each Farmer details , we want to capture following fields of data:

  1. Farmer Name
  2. Farmer Mobile Number
  3. Farmer Village Name

We can assign individual conditions to each individual answer type then.

In the Data Table, the response to each question can be in one cell separated by commas or any other delimiter.

By design, you cannot have multiple answers to the same single question.

However, you might want to look at a different approach using BRANCH(es) or GROUP(s) and restructure your form(s) accordingly

Then consolidate the data using your preferred approach in the post-processing
