I would like support because I can’t receive the code to access my account after providing the email, a procedure I used to perform. All my projects are in this account that I can’t access.
To help us investigate this issue more effectively, could you please provide the domain of the email address you’re using? (e.g., @example.com). This will help us narrow down potential delivery problems.
Additionally, as a troubleshooting step, would you be willing to try requesting the code using a different email address, even if it’s just a temporary one? This would allow us to determine if the issue is specific to your primary email address, or if it’s a more widespread problem with our code delivery system.

The email domain experiencing the issue is @progel.com.br. Additionally, I just made a login request via code for another email with the same domain, @progel.com.br, and it worked, I was able to receive the code to access.
I am still awaiting the resolution of the previously described problem.
Our email system relies on a third-party service for delivery, and unfortunately, we do not have direct control over its infrastructure.
As this is a free tool, we kindly ask for a bit of patience while the issue is resolved by the service provider.
For mission-critical data collection where delays like this are not acceptable, we recommend considering alternative tools such as KoboToolbox or ODK, which may better suit your requirements.
