Hello Epicollect5 Team,

Good afternoon. I am writing to inquire about the process for downloading survey entries that I have previously collected on a device.

I encountered an issue where I recorded data offline in a survey, and the data was successfully synchronized and stored remotely. Unfortunately, I lost my phone. When I subsequently logged in using my email and password to access my private project on a new device, I attempted to download the survey entries using the “Download Entries” option. However, the downloaded data appears to be empty—all fields show as 0, as if no data were present.

Could you please provide a detailed, step-by-step procedure to correctly re-link or download the previously synchronized data on a different mobile device? My goal is to be able to edit these entries directly from the mobile device rather than using a desktop computer.

I appreciate your assistance in clarifying whether this is possible and, if so, the appropriate solution to follow.
