Regarding textbox Characters limits

Sir, I can’t type more than 150 (approximately) characters in textbox. How can I allow to make it beyond 1000 chars? Please help me to solve this issues.

The 1000 chars limit applies to TEXTBOX answers, not questions. Questions must be under 150 chars long. Any reason you need a question 1000 chars long?
