Restrict Collector from Downloading Entries

How can I restrict collectors from downloading all the project data?
Currently collectors are able to download all the data of the project.

That’s not quite correct.

Collectors can only access the entries they have personally created.

Collector A cannot access entries created by Collector B, and vice versa.
