Satellite background in Location field not available?

Hello: we want to refine observation locations using the map with the satellite background (web interface), but that is currently displaying as blank gray (locations are Newark, New Jersey, USA). Can anyone confirm, or does anyone know if there is a server issue?

You did fix it! Thanks. Any chance of getting one more level of zoom? We are refining GPS tree locations.

We are using a third-party service Mapbox Satellite: global base map & satellite imagery

It looks like the max zoom is 19 over US cities. In remote areas, it is probably less than that and images get interpolated (blurry).
