Synchronization error

We are having synchronization problems (android app users)
Several users have problems synchronizing when they are connected to the mobile operator’s data network.
The problem is solved when connecting to a home Wi-Fi network.

I suspect that it may be a port restriction of mobile data networks. Do you use any special connection port that could give us that error?

When we try to synchronize, a “Server error, please try again” message appears.
but, when we are connected to a home wi-fi network, all works without problem.

That is probably due to poor connection speed.

There is not any restriction on our side.

You can test the state of your connection with https://fast.com/, if it is too slow the uploads will timeout and give you an error.
