Can I link a telephone number to an Epicollect5 survey

If you need to provide your phone number, we recommend using a README question type →

You can also provide the phone number in the project description →

Make sure your project is set as private otherwise your phone number will be available publicly, you probably want to avoid that.

Thanks I dont want to put mine in. What I want to do is link a number to an hypo link?
