"This project is no longer active" error

Hi I have collected data in the field and had no internet connection to upload. I tried to do it when I had a stable Wi-Fi connection, but I get an error message “This project is no longer active”.
According to the FAQ, I un-synced all the entries and uploaded it again, but I still get the same error message.

From the User Guide at

the LOCK status is explained as follows

LOCK : The project can be viewed, but it does not accept any new entries.

To accept new entries, the project status must be active
