I have a requirement to have users update existing records in EC5 using the web interface rather than the app.
It all works fine, except I have an issue with samsung phones which don’t allow photos to be uploaded (greater than 4000x4000 is the error message). I don’t think there is a way to reduce the resolution on samsung phones.
This doesn’t happen on the app - I assume the app trims the photo before uploading.
Is there a workaround which allows users to upload photos via the web directly from their phone?
