I have an old device with Android 7 & have downloaded & installed Epicollect v5.2. I can see my old projects but cannot add my new project.
I thought to use an old project as going into field tomorrow but I cannot upload any new entries as get the same server error.
Help!
Epicollect5 is only available for Android 10 or higher.
We are afraid but we cannot provide support for older versions.
